Veneto Cooking Class

You can discover step-by-step how to make a satisfying, full Italian meal from appetizers to dessert, including the art of making pasta fresca. You'll learn to create such pastas as ravioli, tagliettli, gnocchi in this fun, hands-on pasta-making adventure.

Recipes vary according to the season, utilizing only the freshest ingredients available and providing you with a deeply individual Italian experience. The best part is the conclusion: indulging in the success of your creations.

Classes are on request, based upon availability, for a minimum of two people, when a booking is confirmed for two people, it does not guarantee a private class, only that you will have a guaranteed space in that class.

Accommodations in bedrooms with private baths are available at Villa Castel Venezze.

One Day Cooking Class

Price 120 Eur from Monday to Friday
This fee do not include accommodation and dinner.

Program:
10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Hands-on and demonstration cooking lesson. Following the class, enjoy your meal with wine from the region. Minimum of 2 people.



4-Day Cooking Session

Price 680 Eur per person in a double occupancy, 4 nights.

The Cooking Session Program includes:
4 night's accommodation at Tenuta Castel Venezze, 3 cooking lessons within Monday and Friday from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm. and all meals, including wine.



6-Day Culinary Experience

Price 980 Eur per person in a double occupancy, 6 nights.

The Culinary Experience Program includes: 6 night's accommodation at Tenuta Castel Venezze, 5 cooking lessons on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:30 am to 2 pm. and all meals, including wine.



Program

Sunday
Arrival at Tenuta Castel Venezze. Time to mingle with the other guests and welcome dinner offered by the family. Introduction to the program.

Monday
Get ready! Today we're going to start making pasta using techniques and recipes handed down through generations of local women. Lunch at the villa. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner at the villa.

Tuesday
Hands-on cooking lesson on meat, fisch and herbs or vegetables and starters. Lunch at the villa. Afternoon on laisure. Dinner at the villa.

Wednesday
We depart early for Chioggia today. First, we will visit the Mercato Centrale, the main food market, and then take ample time for sightseeing and shopping. Cooking lesson and lunch today will be at one of Chioggia's oldest and best trattorias. Afternoon at leisure. Tonight we will enjoy dinner at the villa.

Thursday
Class in the morning followed by lunch. Afternoon on laisure. Dinner at the villa.

Friday
Hands on cooking class preparing 4 or 5 different recipes. Lunch together with accompanying wine. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner at the villa.

Saturday
Departure

Airfare and local transportation are not included. For your convenience, we recommend renting a car.

Classes are limited to 14 participants. The classes are small enough to accommodate cooks of all levels and are ideal for small groups of family and friends.
